This work will disconnect you from borrowed pain and fear and bring you back to your center, reconnected to the wisdom of your personal team of guides.
Calm Your Nervous System Treatment- It’s so easy for our fight or flight system to run at a low level in the background, blocking our body’s ability to function at an optimal level. I’ll work with the guides to interrupt the constant stress cycle and restore balance.
Fill Your Cup Treatment- The guides and I will pour huge amounts of nourishing energy into you. When you’ve taken in all your can for the moment, we’ll set up a reservoir to flow into you slowly over the next 48 hours as you’re able to receive additional support. One of my clients has me do this for her when she has to work a long shift and has reported it makes a huge difference!

The format: Just sign up for the healing. On the day of the healing, I’ll do the journey. After the journey, I’ll send you an .mp3 with details about the work. You can add in your own soul restoring practices or go on about normal life, while your energy body and soul receive healing.
