Clearing intrusive energies gives us space to breathe and move as well as to experience and explore our unique expression in the world. This work is also designed to remove cords from others who are unconsciously seeking to bind, control, or get something from us that isn’t good for us to give.
Having our personal energy field clear and clean and acting as a filter from outside intensity gives us so much more ability to choose our aligned path and find peace, even amid chaos. It’s easy for empathic people to take on collective pain, thinking it’s their own.
Shamanic extraction is a powerful way to remove energy that doesn’t belong in your field. These inappropriate energy intrusions are thought to be a primary cause of illness in the shamanic worldview. Thus, extraction is one of the most fundamental forms of shamanic healing. At a more subtle level, I find energetic intrusions interfere with finding our center and knowing our inner truth. It creates internal “loudness” when we go within to seek our personal wisdom, power, and clarity.
Humans can interact in messy ways, creating cords and projecting negative stories onto each other. Clearing cords and unwelcome pathways through which intrusive energy is sent or our personal energy is pulled upon can help you experience more vitality in day-to-day life.
Journey 1- Clear Energetic Intrusions– the guides and I will do a deep clean on your energy field and use the Soul Note Illumination Healing to reconnect you to your core brilliance.
Journey 2- Cord Clearing- this work is designed to gently detach any inappropriate cords or connection to others. We’ll leave your contemporary heart cords in place and support those connections in functioning properly for sharing of heart connection without energy drains.
Journey 3- Energy Body Repair– this work will help heal rips, tears, or thin spots in your outer energy body that allow uninvited energies to pass through. This journey will also include work to reinforce the extraction and cord clearing work. The goal is the repair and strengthening of your energy body to be more impervious to energetic intrusions and inappropriate energetic cords in the future.
Journey 4- Personal Shamanic Healing– This journey will be focused shamanic healing that is personalized for the health and wellbeing of your energy body when it comes to outside energy. There’s isn’t a journey report for this journey as the work will vary from person to person.
Bonus: Shimmer Rite Installation
Sacred Space: Be held by a team of guides 24/7 to help your soul release the burden of regret and your energy body to integrate that new clarity. The team of guides provide ongoing nuanced support and help smooth out bumpiness that comes with healing and transformation.

The format: This work is based on energetic interventions and shamanic journeywork. In addition, each journey comes with a journey report that will teach you more about the topic and how you can engage more deeply with the healing offered should you wish. Just sign up. On August 1, I’ll connect you to the sacred space and begin doing the shamanic journeys. After each journey, I’ll send you an .mp3 report.
