This autumn, Mercury retrograde overlaps with the retrogrades of Venus, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Chiron.
I’m expanding my Mercury Retrograde with Grace offering to support you through this overlap—with attention to what has already been stirred up, what you need during these weeks, and how to move forward in greater alignment.
In my shamanic work, I approach planetary cycles as energies we can work with thoughtfully. There may be opportunities to revisit old patterns, tend to unfinished business, and make useful changes. My intention is to help you engage with those opportunities with grace, clarity, and support.
Many of the people I work with are sensitive and don’t benefit from being blasted or bombarded by energy. This work is about calibration: working with the guides to filter the intensity to a level that supports you. You might benefit from a drink of water, but a fire hose turned on full blast is likely not the optimal delivery method.
These weeks also include the U.S. midterm elections, with strong feelings likely to arise whatever the outcome. Even if you’re not personally caught up in the elections—or live elsewhere—you may find yourself around people who are stirred up, adding another layer of intensity to an already concentrated astrological period. This work includes strengthening your protections and filters so you can stay grounded in your own energy and avoid getting buffeted by other people’s emotional firestorms, whatever the cause.
Opening Shamanic Journey
In the opening journey, I will:
- Work with the guides to address energetic interference and support healing around patterns, unresolved experiences, and areas of your life that have surfaced during these retrograde cycles that are already in progress.
- Calibrate your energetic relationship with Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Chiron, with the intention of supporting useful insight and change at a manageable intensity.
- Strengthen your protections and filters for other people’s emotional and energetic intensity. Sometimes it’s easier to deal with the energy from the cosmos than the human reactions around you.
- Track and strengthen a destiny path that supports grace through this period and an aligned relationship with these planetary cycles going forward.
- Gather any messages the guides would like to share and include them in your MP3 journey report.
Sacred Space Support
You’ll be held by a team of guides throughout the support period, beginning a few days before Mercury turns retrograde and continuing a few days after Mercury and Venus turn direct.
Reinforcement Journey
Midway through the support period, I’ll do an additional shamanic journey to reinforce the work, tend to what needs attention, and strengthen your support through the remainder of the overlap. This journey won’t include an MP3 report, but I’ll let you know when it is complete.
Closing Integration Journey
At the end of the offer, I’ll work with the guides to support integration, address remaining energetic loose ends, and strengthen your path forward—including your ongoing relationship with the longer retrograde cycles. Like the reinforcement journey, this won’t include an MP3 report, but I’ll let you know when it is complete.
